These terms apply to your use of DevArcade (devarcade.in), an online platform with interactive programming courses. DevArcade is operated by Animesh Mondal, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). By signing in or using DevArcade you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You sign in with an email address and password, or with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and your email or Google account secure.
• Your username is derived from your email address and is shown on your profile.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use DevArcade.

2. Free and Pro access

Enrolling in a course is free, and units 1 and 2 of every course are free. DevArcade Pro is a paid subscription that opens every unit of every course, including courses added later, together with the practice tools. Prices (inclusive of any applicable taxes):

We may change prices for future billing periods. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your subscription.

3. Payments and renewals

• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you subscribe you authorise a recurring payment (UPI AutoPay or a card or bank e-mandate). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it. Pro access ends if the payment is not completed.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your profile (Profile, then Manage subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publish DevArcade course content, or share your account to give others Pro access.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of DevArcade, including the code sandbox and the paywall.
• Code you write in the exercises is yours. It runs in your browser and is saved to your account so you can continue on any device.

6. Content and availability

Course content, visualizers, exercises and the DevArcade name and design belong to us or our licensors. We work to keep DevArcade available and accurate, but it is provided "as is": we do not guarantee that it is error free or always available, and the content is educational, not professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to DevArcade is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending access

You can stop using DevArcade at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we close DevArcade or end a paid feature, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
